How maKe Choux !!

This famous and delicious french pastry globally known as CHOUX. Is very easy to make and with this base you can make plenty different and versatility recipes, you just need let it go your imagination.

I just made the most classic and easy presentation, filling with a cream handmade with Mascarpone cheese and chocolate.


Well here the ingredients and instructions:

For Pastry Choux:

125 ml water
50 gr Unsalted Butter
10 gr Sugar
5 gr salt
100 gr Flour
3 eggs (approx.)

For the top of the choux:

100 gr Flour
80 gr Butter
100 gr Brown Sugar

Filling:

20 gr or less Cocoa powder (depends how dark you wants the filling)
100 gr Icing Sugar
80 gr Butter
80 gr Mascarpone Cheese



Directions:

For the top of the choux:

Mix all the ingredients well, until become a dough, stretch the dough with a roller until it is 3 mm thick, put this in the freezer since you make the choux.

For the Choux:

put in a pan the water with butter, salt and sugar, bring this mixture to a boil point, remove from the stuff add the flour, mix quickly and well, them put again in the fire for 1 min or until the mix that rolls in the pan and take off.

Them scramble the egg and star add in small quantities into the dough with a spatula, add more until you until you get a soft dough and when you make a line in the middle of the dough with the spatula slowly reattach.

For the filling:

put in your mixer the butter and the cheese, mix for a couple of min or until get mix this ingredients, and them add the sugar, mix again, them add the cocoa for give them some choco flavor and colour!

When you have all ready.
1. Preheat the oven 200 degrees

2. Use a piping bag for make the choux, them with a circular cookies cutter, cut the dough with brown sugar, put this circles on top of the choux.

3. Put the choux in the oven for 5min with 200 degrees. Them change the temperature to 180 degrees.

4. leave the choux cook for about 20 to 25 min.

5. leave cool down.

Fill to taste!

Rude jewellery, Sawing...




I Started to make a few designs by my own inspiration, with some stones like agatha, tiger eyes, and others!





I know It's not easy explain the process for here, but basically, its just draw the design in a paper, of print some one if you don't have to much ideas or you are not good making draw, that is my case, but however I always use something special!


Then, just with practices you can started to make your design like me!


You can use a saw and set the stone in the metal or you can also use wire fot set the stone.


The wire technique it's more easy sometimes, if you don't try a complicated design!

What mans Gluten Free'?

   Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat (wheatberries, durum, emmer, semolina, spelt, farina, farro, graham, khorasan wheat and einkorn), rye, barley and triticale – a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected.




What means Dairy-Free

     No regulatory definition exists for the term, dairy-free. That means that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has not established any regulations regarding use of that terminology on package labels. Of course, the FDA does not allow the use of false and misleading terms in general on food labels. But without a regulatory definition in place, there can be no assurance that foods labeled as "dairy free" are in fact free from any milk proteins.


what means Eggless?

   This product no continent egg or any egg yolks, nothing that can be continent any part of the egg, some people are allergic to egg, mostly kids, so its necessary have alternative for them!

Rings, Rings and more Rings!


Diferents Models, Diferents Materials, the same accessory.. Rings!



Here we have 2 differents models of Rings with the same materials, Gold Filled and Turquoise, the first one have the wire mix with the stone, and the second one have all the stone together as a spiral:





This Model, have stones all together and it's put as a spiral...




Now you can see 2 models, both we Nacar as a main Stone, but now you have Gold filled and Nickel Silver wire:

This model, was handmade with Nickel Silver, Alpaca Wire or German Silver wire


This is a ring handmade with gold filled wire

How make Pasta at Home?






It so easy to make pasta by yourself and its so delicious!



You only need:

2 eggs
220gr Flour
Salt
Olive Oil (if you want)




Direcctions:


      1. Put in a bowl the flour, eggs, salt and olive oil together, and until to make a homogeneous dough.


       2.  With the aid of a roller stretching the dough, until this to 0.5mm thickness



      3.  Then, fold several times until get the width of the dough easy to cut, then cut into strips of desired thickness


      4.   Open the strips and put all together


     5.  Make circles and let dry at ambient temerature, until it is hard as pasta we buy. If you want you can used instantly or you can store in the refrigarator up to a moth




      6.  And its ready to cut, put the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes. Its ready super fast!.. and eat with your favorite sauce!!



with those ingredients you get approx 500 gr pasta, can separate the portions!

Gnocchi without Gluten!







A good meal, can be very simple, I want to show you how to make a delicious gnocchi dish that! You can accompany with your favorite sauce! and make of something simple, a fabulous food! 

And it's perfect for people intolerant to gluten!!!


Ingredients:



  • 2 medium potatoes, or 3 small
  • 50 gr rice flour, o more (put flour untill you make small balls with tthe mass)
  • 2 teaspoon vegetal Oil
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Put the potatoes in boiling water to soften
  2. When they are soft draw water
  3. Crush very good the potatoes, wait until cooled
  4. Put the oil, salt and the rice flour, and mixture until you get a mass.
  5. Made with your hands little balls
  6. Put the little balls in boiling water.
  7. When the balls float, put out of the water and serve!



...are really delicious!!
